This course was renovated in collaboration with player consultant Brad Faxon in preparation for the 2007 Deutsche Bank Classic.  The result of the work was an exciting tournament that featured a last day pairing of Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson, with Mickelson prevailing.  Our goal was to add classic features to the course that would emphasize strategic play, and a New England aesthetic, by all accounts (players and media) it was a successful project on both accounts.
